2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 87, 137, 126(2), 115(2), 352 and 351(2) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner with the help of other co-accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant and forcibly solemnized marriage with her on the point of threenut.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The daughter of the informant went with the petitioner out of her own sweet will for the purpose of marriage but the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67472 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 informant is opposed to the relationship, hence he has filed the present false case against the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he with the help of other co-accused persons has kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant and on the point of pistol solemnized marriage with her and also took her obscene photo.
6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) AjayMishra/- U T
