Mr.Rana Randhir Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 384 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, informant has applied for loan in the Industrial Department and she was called and thereafter she was raped and her photographs were taken for blackmailing her and petitioner also used to call her and demanded Rs.5 lac.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is a married lady and as per FIR no photograph was produced during investigation and whole allegation is false and he is in custody since 30.7.2019.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61790 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 that those photographs were shown before learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge which will appear from the impugned order and he has photographs with him.

Considering the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

However, let the trial be expedited.
