The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 & 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

One Pankaj Kumar in association with other accused persons are said to have eloped with the daughter of the informant without giving any information to anyone. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65694 of 2019(4) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner no.1 is the mother, petitioner no.2 is the married sister and petitioner nos.3 & 4 are brothers of the co-accused Pankaj Kumar. They have no concerned with the personal affairs of the said Pankaj Kumar. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Vide order dated 15.11.2019, learned counsel for the petitioners was directed to produce the co-accused Pankaj Kumar along with Sonam Kumari and they are personally present before the Court and told that they have solemnized the marriage and living happily.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.483 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
