Having regard to the fact that way back on 24.02.2014, Director, ICDS, had passed a reasoned order, copy whereof also was sent to the petitioner, this contempt application on account of compliance of the direction given by this Court in the order dated 06.01.2010, as contained in Annexure-1 to the contempt application, has become infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to take any recourse against such order as may be permissible in law.
