The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons attacked upon the informant and petitioner gave a lathi blow on his head and co-accused Premjeet Singh assaulted on his head with rod, due to which the informant fell down and when his son came to rescue, he was also assaulted by co-accused Abhishek Singh. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 2.8.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is a case and counter case between the parties. Free fight is alleged to have taken

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhaura (Gaura O.P.) P.S. case No.469 of 2019.
