1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 317(5), 337, 339 of the B.N.S. & Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.28633/2025 and the same was rejected by an order dated 06.08.2025 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. It is next submitted that charges against the petitioner stands framed by an order dated 07.08.2025.
4. The learned APP opposes the bail application of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64096 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 petitioner and submits that petitioner has antecedent of eight cases.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No.04/2025.
6. Further, one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father, namely, Ram Naresh Singh.
7. It is made clear that if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner after recording reasons. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
