It has been submitted that this modification application has been filed for modification of order dated 26.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53306 of 2019 in the operative portion of the order inasmuch as instead of learned A.D.J.-VII-cum-Special Judge (Excise) Act, Aurangabad, it has wrongly been typed as learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let order dated 26.08.2019 be modified to the extent that in the operative portion of the order instead of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, it may be read as learned A.D.J.-VII-cum-Special Judge (Excise) Act, Aurangabad.
