JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2018 The grievance of the petitioner is regarding she being not granted the benefit of grade pay in A.C.P. although similarly situated employees have been granted the same. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be making a representation before the respondent no. 2 regarding her grievances within a period of four weeks.

It is directed that if the petitioner makes a representation within a period of four weeks from today, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.615 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 respondent no. 2 would dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks thereafter in accordance with law and in case, the petitioner is found entitled to any benefit, the same would be given to her within a period of further six weeks. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
