Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328,302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Some other co-accused persons have been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.9827 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2017. Investigation of the case is complete. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12470 of 2018 (4) dt.23-04-2018 pending in connection with Dhaka Police Station Case No.247 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
