2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bihar (Biharsharif) P.S. Case No. 435 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 382, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant alleges that when he was going for treatment of his mother, in the meantime, a boy came and took him to a place where two unknown miscreants assaulted him and snatched Rs. 84,000/- from his bag.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. His name has figured in confessional statement of coaccused. No incriminating article was recovered from his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68034 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 possession. He is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 01.07.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar (Biharsharif) P.S. Case No. 435 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
