2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 1269.480 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from a bush.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. no. 23613 of 2024, he has no concern with the seized liquor and he is in custody since 31.07.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case as also the fact that similarly situated co-accused has been granted regular bail by this Court, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vasant Kumar, Exclusive Special Excise Court No.I, Samastipur/concerned Court in connection with Pusa P.S.
