For the Petitioner : Sushmita Mishra, Advocate For the Respondents :

====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-08-2015 The petitioner prays for setting aside order dated 26.7.2013, passed by respondent no.2 affirming the order dated 28.2.2011 of the SDO, Seikhpura cancelling the license of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a copy of the enquiry report and the complaints made by consumers were not supplied to him, and thus he was deprived of making effective reply.

I find substance in the submission of the petitioner. The writ petition is allowed and the impugned orders are set aside with liberty to the respondents to proceed afresh after serving copy of the enquiry report as well as the complaints of the consumers to the petitioner.
