2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 448, 324, 307, 354B, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 242 of 2024.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted by means of knife upon the head of Sangita Devi, due to which she sustained injury.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. He submitted that both the parties have

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68508 of 2024(2) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 entered into compromise and in support of this Annexure-P2 is annexed with this petition. Petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 21.05.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 242 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
