The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Special Case No.171 of 2017 (arising out of Pirbahore P.S. Case No.646 of 2017), registered for offences alleged under Sections 22 and 23 of the NDPS Act. It is submitted that one small Puriya of Ganja and Rs.70/- in cash has been allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.11.2017.
Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail
