2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 67 of 2024 arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 506, 354A and 354B of the Indian Penal Code; Section 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act and Section 3(1)(r) (s) of the SC/ST Act.

3. The petitioner and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim and molested her.

4. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner, who is in jail since 21.03.2024 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIIth-cum Special Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 67 of 2024 arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Dhanurua Police Station, District-Patna on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. At the time of accepting bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below will verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner has criminal antecedent, the Court below shall not accept the bail bonds of
