2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S.Case No. 833 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 308(3), 308(4), 318(4), 319 (2), 317 (5) of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has impersonated as police personnel and demanded money from his landlord.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2024.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64087 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Patna in Ram Krishna Nagar P.S.Case No. 833 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Bahadurpur Police Station( Darbhanga) on every Sunday of each month.
