JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he would be satisfied if the present petition is disposed off with a direction to complete the departmental proceeding within a period of three months.

It is hereby directed that the departmental proceeding pending against the petitioner be completed within a period of three months, failing which the suspension order shall stand revoked.

The writ petition is disposed off.

All the contentions raised in the present petition are left open for the petitioner to agitate at the appropriate moment of time.
