This is a case registered under Sections 323,337,307,504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Dumaraon P.S. Case No. 393 of 017 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
The petitioner's counsel submits that she has falsely been implicated in this case as there is no eye-witness to the occurrence. Actually she has been implicated in this case because the father-in-law of the petitioner has executed a registered will in her favour.
The case diary had earlier been called for. The specific allegation is that the petitioner had assaulted the brother of the informant. The informant has supported the prosecution
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17630 of 2018 (4) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 case by saying that the petitioner is the sole and main accused in the case leading to death of the victim.
Considering the heinous nature of allegation, this Court, for the present, is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
