The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.398 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498(A), 354(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 07.11.2019, the matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to settle the dispute amicably between husband and wife. It is further submitted that from perusal of the Mediation Report dated 17.12.2021, it appears that the dispute between husband and wife has been

Taking into consideration the fact that the dispute has been settled between the parties, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.398 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
