Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is no witness of the occurrence of murder. However, suspicion is specific against co-accused Lal Babu Ram @ Lala Ram who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54003 of 2015.

Considering the nature of material available which is only suspicion, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26536 of 2018 (5) dt.30-07-2018 2/2 Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Charpokhari Police Station Case No. 198 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
