JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-06-2016 Heard Mr. Mishra for the petitioner and the counsel for the State. Claiming himself as the son of respondent no.10 and stepson of respondent no.11, the petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction upon respondent no.10 to maintain him by paying certain part of his earnings. The mother of the petitioner while alive had filed a proceeding for maintenance which ultimately was dropped following the death of the applicant (mother of the petitioner).

The relief, as prayed in this writ application, cannot be granted by the writ Court. The application is a dismissed.
