Pursuant to the order dated 22.05.2023 the Superintendent of Police, Bagaha has appeared and he has informed this Court that one dead-body was recovered in Kushi Nagar, Uttar Pradesh and the police is trying to get the DNA of the dead-body matched with petitioner or his family members. In view of the evidence which has come till now and the fact that the missing girls have not been recovered and also the fact that the petitioner was in constant touch with both the missing girls, the petitioner doesn't deserve bail and this application is disposed of.

The petitioner is given liberty to move for bail after the conclusion of the investigation.
