Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 05.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2529 of 2022.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused, Sandeep Kumar, also got 5 criminal antecedents and he has been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2060 of 2022. Petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2021.

Considering the period of custody and the fact that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67774 of 2022(2) dt.04-01-2023 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 13th Additional Sessions Judge Vth, East Champaran, Motihari in Harsidhi P.
