The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, a motorcycle of the informant was stolen by unknown thieves.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is accused in two other criminal cases as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65418 of 2022(2) dt.13-03-2023 2/2 stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has sprung up in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner was remanded in this case from Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 328 of 2019. The petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 321 of 2019. The application stands allowed.
