ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 07.08.2019 in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No.106 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a),(b),(c),(F)/38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were from a tempo and a motorcycle and the petitioners have no business of wine, hence the recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Considering the aforementioned facts and
