2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj Cyber P.S. Case No. 90 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 336(3), 340, 318(4), 319(2) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita and Section 66(D) of the IT Act.
3. The accused/petitioner implicated with his mobile bearing sim no. 7257846896, who is in custody since 18.06.2025.
4. As per FIR, informant who is a police officer received information regarding different mobile phones from NCRP, a cyber fraud portal qua involvement of mobile phone of the petitioner, where petitioner alleged to cheated innocent persons against registration for Dream-11, which is gambling

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that save and except that dream-11 was found loaded in the mobile of petitioner, no incriminating material appears recovered from his possession. While concluding argument, it is submitted that investigation of this case is already completed, for which charge-sheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Petitioner claimed clean antecedent.
6. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of fact as save and except suspicion prima facie nothing incriminating appears against petitioner during investigation as to suggest his involvement with crime in question, coupled with the fact that investigation of this case is already completed, where petitioner remains in custody since 18.06.2025 accordingly, petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Gopalganj Cyber P.S. Case No. 90 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
