The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019 dated 24.03.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Without any provocation, the petitioners are said to have indulged in assault, leading to simple injuries on the person of the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60833 of 2019(2) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have been falsely implicated in this case because of earlier enmity.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners so desire, they may surrender before the court below and seek bail which would be decided on its own merits without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained.
