2. The petitioners are in custody since 19.10.2017 in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and even according to the first information report, there is no allegation that the petitioners having any firearms assaulted the victim Subodh Kumar. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged as well as the accusation that the petitioners held the victim while co-accused Vickky Prakash alias Chintu fired upon his stomach, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
