2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 282 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of pushing the deceased from the bridge.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Government servant and the deceased died in an accident and thereafter this false case has been lodged by the wife of the deceased against the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the present case has been filed under Section 105 of the BNS and the period of custody,

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra/ concerned Court in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 282 of 2025.
