Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The F.I.R. was lodged after one month. In the medical report, no sign of rape is found. The age of victim girls seems to be 17-18 years. Petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
