2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The allegation in the FIR is that all the accused persons came variously armed to the house of the informant and while accused Ajit Singh and Sujit Singh gave a knife blow to the informant, accused Piyush Kumar gave a knife blow to the brother of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be apparent from bare narration of the FIR that although the name of the petitioner, who is a lady, has also been taken in

No.64098 of 2025(2) dt.15-09-2025 2/3 the list of accused persons with general and omnibus allegations, the specific allegation is upon Sujit Singh, Ajit Singh and Piyush Kumar of assaulting the informant and his brother. It is also submitted that as a matter of fact, the petitioner and the informant are own agnates and there is a land dispute between them and the petitioner had filed a case bearing Amnour P.S. Case No. 155 of 2025 against the informant and others and the present case is a counter-blast of the same. It is further submitted that the injuries are simple in nature and the parties have also entered into a compromise by way of Anneuxre-P/2.
5. Learned APP for the State, however, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that the petitioner is a lady with no specific allegation of assault and there is case and counter case and a subsequent compromise between the parties, let the petitioner, above named, who has no criminal antecedent, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the
