ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2018 in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No.06 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery of the motorcycle was from Rahul Raj and not from the present petitioner. At best, the petitioner can be treated to be pillion rider of the motorcycle in question.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
