The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No.241 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in the morning of 10.07.2019, the wife of the informant was flowing the water outside of the house. At that time, the petitioner came there and started to abuse. When the informant reached there and tried to convince them, then Vicky, Beta, Vinay and Gullu started to commit "Maar-Peet". In that course, this petitioner caused blood oozing injury on the head of the informant. In the occurrence, the daughter, son-in-law and the brother-in-law of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64050 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 were also indulged.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the informant is an Advocate and he abused and assaulted the petitioner regarding which Beur P.S. Case No.243 of 2019 was also instituted on the basis of the fardbeyan of the petitioner against the informant, his wife and some unknown. Only to take the defence, the informant has lodged the present case. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge-III-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Beur P.S. Case No.241 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
