2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.111 of 2021, registered for the offences under Sections 392 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 12.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13865 of 2025.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2025 for having committed a loot of two mobile phones and Rs. 31,500/-. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory

5. Ranjan Chaudhary and other co-accused persons namely, Bhikhari Yadav @ Deepu Yadav, Binod Yadav @ Binod Kumar have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Benches of this Court.

6. Considering the period of custody and grant of bail to other co-accused persons, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Bhojpur at Ara/ concerned Court below in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2021, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the blood relative of the petitioner.

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Sikraul Police Station, District-Buxar on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Noncompliance
