JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 The petitioner by way of the present writ petition seeks to assail his transfer order from Marwan Block to Saraiya Block as Panchayat Secretary which has been made on administrative ground by order dated 24.06.2017.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already joined on his transferred post but he seeks the annulment of the aforesaid transfer order on the ground that he has been paralyzed as has been found in the medical report dated 13.10.2010. It is submitted that this Court may direct for disposal of the representation and if necessary, his condition may be ascertained by constitution of a medical board. The concerned authority i.e. District Magistrate,
Patna High Court CWJC No.510 of 2018 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 Muzaffarpur is directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today taking into account the physical and medical condition of the petitioner herein.
