The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 78/2011 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement made before the police by one Ajit Kumar Sharma who stated that the petitioner had managed to escape from the place of occurrence. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the case was found false against the petitioner, but yet now cognizance has been taken and, therefore, he is apprehending his arrest. It is also submitted that there has been no recovery

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60622 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 from the petitioner and he is being falsely implicated in connection with the present case.

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., IInd Class, Munger, in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 78/2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
