2. This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent authorities not to construct the boundary wall in the way of the school.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is running a school in village Sonma under Garhpura Block, Begusarai. The School was built long ago in the year 2018 and around 400 students are studying in the School.

4. Now the Government has come-up with a plant to built an I.T.I. and because of that the school will have no road which can be used by the students and it is the students who will be affected.

5. The aforesaid prayer of the petitioner cannot be considered by this Court.

6. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the local authorities for a Rasta which may be considered by them in accordance with law. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
