Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown.

Submission is that name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Kapil @ Kapildeo Paswan @ Kapil Paswan. Said Kapil @ Kapildeo Paswan @ Kapil Paswan has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.11.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43473 of 2013.

Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15188 of 2018 (4) dt.08-05-2018 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bodh Gaya Police Station Case No. 260 of 2012, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
