2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners requests disposal of the writ petition with direction to the Collector, Sitamarhi (Respondent No. 4) to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-3 Series within a reasonable time.

In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Collector, Sitamarhi (Respondent No. 4) to dispose of the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioners in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
