Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, there is general and omnibus allegation against seven named accused person to have assaulted to Kebal Yadav with bricks and fists and slaps, as a result whereof, Kebal Yadav died. The Doctor has not found any external injury while performing postmortem report. Petitioner is aged about 70 years. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
