The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure nos. 3 and 4, it appears that the School is running well and there is no irregularity committed by the In-charge, Head Master of the School.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.62218 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
