====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 379, 506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

As per prosecution case, these petitioners along with other F.I.R. named accused persons armed with pistol assaulted the informant and others, threatened to kill him and looted construction materials from his land where construction of godown was going on.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63724 of 2022(2) dt.17-03-2023 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is land dispute between the parties for which petitioner No. 2 filed two cases under Section 144 of the Indian Penal Code before institution of present F.I.R. Considering the nature of accusation and backdrop of the case, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Singheshwar P. S. Case No. 168 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
