Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case in which both sides sustained injuries. Injury caused by the petitioner have been found to be simple in nature by the doctor. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
