2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rohtas Excise Case No.21 of 2023 arising out of Excise PS Case No.10 of 2023 dated 05.01.2023, instituted under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that fifty five litres country-made liquor was recovered from the e rickshaw bearing registration no. BR 24 E 0624, which belongs to the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. She is the registered owner of the e rickshaw. Nothing has

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Since recovery of country-made liquor has been made from the e rickshaw, which belongs to the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

7. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.

8. The application stands disposed of.
