2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Bhojpur Udpad Sadar P.S. Case No. 189 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per allegation, 75.500 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the vehicle of petitioners.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise Court No. II, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Bhojpur Udpad Sadar P.S. Case No. 189 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
