2. This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 04.02.2022 passed by learned S.D.J.M., Sasaram in Complaint Case No. 1183 C of 2018 whereby and whereunder the learned S.D.J.M. took cognizance and issued process against the petitioner for facing trial for the offence punishable under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. From bare perusal of the complaint petition, it is apparent that there is specific and direct allegation against this petitioner that he demanded dowry in the form of motorcycle

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64752 of 2022(3) dt.12-02-2024 2/2 and gold chain from the father of complainant.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, I do not find any illegality or irregularity in the order impugned, which warrants any interference by this Court. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
