JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.29270 of 2017 with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that charge has been framed and he is in custody since 19.2.2017 and there is no direct allegation against him. Further submission is that he will abide by any condition that may be imposed upon him if bail is granted.
Heard learned APP for the State.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial

No.397 of 2018 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 Magistrate, Bhojpur, Arrah, in connection with Dhangai P.S.Case No. 07 of 2017, subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) he will cooperate in trial and appear in court as and when required, except on genuine ground, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
