JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State as also the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Belaganj PS Case No. 308 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 379 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner of making assault rather specific allegation of opening fire is against one Mahesh Yadav. The petitioner is in custody since 26.9.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Suresh Yadav to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM XIth Gaya in connection with Belaganj PS Case No. 308 of 2017.
