No. 18001 of 2019 on the ground that petitioner was working at Delhi and as such, he could not appear before the learned court below. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts, as stated above, I am not satisfied with the ground taken by the petitioner. However, if the petitioner surrender before the learned court below and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and also considering the fact that earlier he has been granted anticipatory bail, but due to some inadvertence, he
