The petitioner is one of the applicants for being granted license under the Public Distribution System. He

Patna High Court CWJC No.18899 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/3 has been placed at serial no. 3 in the provisional meritlist. There is no indication in the writ petition whether license has been granted to the candidate who is placed at serial no. 1. As against the candidate at serial no. 1 in the provisional merit-list, it is the contention of the petitioner that the computer literacy certificate produced by him is not genuine. A representation in that regard has already been filed by the petitioner before the concerned authority. The only prayer of the petitioner is that the allegation made by the petitioner should be verified.

There is no reason for this Court to entertain the present writ petition as Annexure- 1 which is the provisional merit-list itself says that the merit-list shall be prepared only after the physical verification of the certificate of experience or of computer literacy is carried out.

In that view of the matter, this Court does not
